Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first team gets a 14-day free trial with 5 captures and 10 AI annotations, no credit card required. Add a card for 25 more captures, 1 site discovery and 100 AI annotations; the trial then becomes Pro when it ends unless you cancel.

What counts as a capture?

One capture is one image. A capture is counted each time ScreenshotAgent creates a new screenshot version, and each screen size and color scheme is its own version: a page captured at desktop and phone, in light and dark, uses 4 captures each time it is captured.

What counts as an AI annotation?

Each screenshot AI marks up counts as one, whether you start it in the app, from a rule, through the API or over MCP. A rule uses one each time its screenshot is captured, for each screen size you capture. A browser frame alone and rules that target a CSS selector are free, and annotations that cannot find their target are not counted. AI annotations have their own allowance, separate from captures.

How many users can we add?

As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited users, so docs, support, marketing and engineering can all work in the same team at no extra cost.

Is the API included on every plan?

Yes. The Recapture API, the MCP server and the search API are included on Pro, Business and Enterprise.

What happens when we reach our plan limit?

Captures and AI annotations pause at your plan limits until your next monthly billing period. You are never charged for extra usage, and you can upgrade anytime. When AI annotations run out, rules are skipped and the plain capture is kept.

How is billing handled?

Pro and Business are billed monthly through Stripe. Enterprise has custom pricing from $1,499/month; for Enterprise volumes or custom terms, contact sales@screenshotagent.com.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
