How old are your help center screenshots?
Enter your Zendesk help center address. We read its public articles and show which ones have images and how long since each was last edited. Free, no sign-up.
Works with any public Zendesk help center, on a zendesk.com address or your own domain. Zendesk only for now.
How it works
Zendesk publishes every public help center article through its Help Center API. The checker reads up to 300 of your least recently updated articles from there, counts the images in each, and uses the date each article was last edited. An old article isn't always wrong, but its screenshots are the first thing to check. In our study of 40 help centers, 34% of screenshots were more than two years old.
We don’t save your results. A result is cached for up to an hour, so a second check of the same address is instant. Each check shows only what your help center already publishes.
Keep them current without the busywork
ScreenshotAgent recaptures the pages behind your help center screenshots on a schedule and lists what changed, so you only update the articles that need it.
